A place that loves intimacy and quality, where the sea finds a contemporary and modern expression through the dishes of chef Matteo Commi. His cuisine is inspired by childhood memories and evolves thanks to experiences around the world; together with his wife Francesca Taurisano, he wanted to create a restaurant that had the customer at the center, where care and attention are the peculiarities of hospitality and service in every detail.

Matteo Commi, a chef from Bergamo with French roots, discovered his culinary passion early in life. The aroma of his grandmother's pasta and the allure of fishmongers sparked a lifelong journey. He explored diverse cuisines in England, Colorado, and Mexico, mastering marinades along the way. Back in Italy, he refined his skills at Milan's Savini and the Fifth Floor before taking the helm of Osteria del Brunello, where his unique blend of tradition and global flavors shines.
