Our Inspiration: The Fire Within
Legend has it that the very first pizzas were baked amidst the fiery embers of Mount Vesuvius, infusing those humble pies with unique flavor. It was this spark of inspiration that ignited the concept of Pizza Nona.
We wanted to harness the intensity and primal energy of this iconic volcano and channel it into not just the preparation of our pizzas, but into the very soul of the restaurant.
Nona Pizza Concept:
Pizza Nona's concept centers around the fusion of traditional Neapolitan pizza-making with modern, unexpected flavor combinations. It aims to pay homage to the rich history of Italian pizza while embracing innovation and catering to a contemporary clientele.
Logo Design:
We likely began with a variety of logo sketches, exploring different ways to represent the restaurant's name and core concept. This initial exploration phase might have involved sketches of Mount Vesuvius itself, flames, or even pizza slices.
The typeface selection for "Pizza Nona" plays a crucial role. The logo utilizes a modern, font that contrasts with the classic feel of the volcano icon. This creates a visually interesting tension that reflects the brand's core concept.
The Pizza Nona logo is more than just an image; it's a visual representation of the restaurant's core values. It embodies the heritage of Neapolitan pizza-making while hinting at the exciting culinary adventures that await diners.

We opted for a minimalist color scheme, utilizing only black (#000000) and a fiery red (#C62828), reflecting the restaurant's logo and overall concept.
